Scope of this information

This information describes the introductory website prepared on 13 September 2026. It is not the complete operator privacy notice for the future membership platform. Operator identity and hosting-specific data arrangements are still being finalised.

Reading and searching these pages

The supplied pages do not set cookies, use browser storage, include advertising or analytics, or send data to an application database. Public-page search runs in your browser. Search words can appear in the page address and browser history and may be included in a hosting request log.

Images, scripts, styles and brand assets are served with the website. There are no embedded social feeds, third-party fonts or externally hosted image requests in this release.

Hosting and technical requests

A hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser information and requested page to serve and protect a website. The specific provider, processing locations and retention arrangements are not established by these static files.

Emailing IEMOC

Email links open your email application. This website does not send the message for you. Sending an email involves your email provider and the recipient’s mail service.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary personal evidence.

Accounts and private evidence

Registration, sign-in, private workspaces, uploads and recognition applications are unavailable in this introductory release. Their privacy arrangements will be published before those services open.
